Kickoff Meeting
The start of a contract journey

Once the contract is signed the execution teams of both parties come together for a so called kickoff meeting. In this first meeting one of the essential things to do is to understand scope and schedule.

Team member roles & responsibilities have to be explained and counter parts can get to know each other which is needed for good communications.

Procedures and contract administration should be understood in order to start off in the right way.

The kickoff meeting can last for several days in order to align all disciplines and can be combined with team building event.
