Dispute Resolution

When parties cannot agree....

If team members or parties cannot agree on disputed items then a dispute resolution process shall be followed which can first be an internal escalation and then an external controlled process.

Arbitration and litigation can take years and are costly before a conclusion or ruling is reached. In case of such processes normally external litigation and legal advisors are needed.

Correct record keeping is essential for any dispute resolution process and retention of key project staff may be required as well in view of witness statements
