We will check completeness, inconsistancies, contractdictions, definitions, cross-references, errors and omissions, planning, process, commercial structure, technical- and commercial proposal requirements. Identified risk areas will be included in report together with risk mitigation suggestions and alternative options for consideration.

We will check defintions, liability profile, risk allocations, variation clauses, delay clauses, dispute resolution clauses, assignment clauses, termination clauses, payment terms and appendices to the contract.  Identified risk areas will be included in report together with risk mitigation suggestions and alternative options for consideration.

We will use our bid evalaution check list and Client provided input to review the documents. We will check the evaluation methodolgy and process, bid evaluation schedule, opening protocol & forms, normalisation method(s), evaluation teams clarification process, forms and spreadsheets used. Identified risk areas will be included in report together with risk mitigation suggestions and possible alternative methods.
